Booking Terms and Conditions (short stay)

1. Smoking is not allowed in the cave houses.
2. The family pool and surrounding area, may be used by guests (not visitors) from 10am to 6pm daily.
3. The pool is used entirely at your own risk.
4. All children using the pool must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. No ball games of any kind are permitted in the garden area.
6. Please do not use radios or other forms of playing music, unless using personal headphones.
7. The trampoline located in the garden is strictly out of bounds.
8. Please report any damage or breakages to the owners immediately in order for repairs and/or replacements to be made.
9. Please respect the privacy of your neighbours and refrain from any excessive noise, particularly between 11pm and 9am.
10. Unless otherwise agreed, on the day of departure please vacate the cave by 12 noon.
11. The water supply is from our own well and whilst perfectly acceptable for all washing etc. it has not been approved for drinking. Guests should ensure that bottled water only is used for drinking.
12. As there is a continual water shortage in Spain, please be careful not to waste water.
13. Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly.
14. Please ensure that the cave is left clean and tidy and that you remove all personal belongings on the day of departure.

Payment

Payment is to be made in full (less any deposit already paid) in euros on arrival.
